Women In Business Coffee Club at Bodhi Tree Cafe Mt Hawthorn Exodus - Visual Art and Jewellery Graduation Exhibition 2009 Paspaley Polo in the City - supporting Breast Cancer Foundation of WA
WOMEN IN BUSINESS COFFEE CLUB at Bodhi Tree Cafe Mt Hawthorn As a member I had the opportunity of presenting to 25 other women in small business. Why is it we get so nervous before hand knowing that we know our subject inside out and everyone is there because they want to be and they are interested? Had fun though, meeting new people and making exciting new contacts and eating delicious food. www.womeninbusiness.com.au and www.bodhitree.net.au EXODUS - VISUAL ART AND JEWELLERY GRADUATION EXHIBITION 2009 love the title as it means "exiting". This was an outstanding exhibition of this year's Central TAFE graduates. Willem Heyneker from Why Creations had some amazing jewellery and silver smithing objects in this year. I always admire creative people as where do they get these ideas from, even if you do not like them all you can at least appreciate them. Pictures will be on Franc Essential's face book soon. www.why-creations.com Paspaley Polo in the City - supporting Breast Cancer Foundation of WA Despite the tremendous heat, we had lots of fun at the polo. I went with my friend Shiona from Breastique Art who is a supporter of BCFWA and Franc donated 300 sachet sample bags for their goodie bags. We enjoyed the game, the horses, the food, and the celebrity race with Ros Worthington OAM, the founder and patron, Malcolm Day, the chairman from Adultshop, Dean Clairs from 94.5 amongst others. www.breastiqueart.com and www.breastcancer.org.au
